Our brand name for Urea is Tara Urea and the Color of our Bag is Blue. Keeping in view the increasing domestic demand of fertilizer in country and to pace up the business growth and finances volumes with market sustainability, a Balancing, Modernization and Rehabilitation revamp project of the complex was planned in 2009. It was planned to increase the production by 35% of the rated capacity by involving well reputed international and local companies. The revamp project completed and commissioned in 1st quarter of year 2011. This was a major revamp project in which company switched from TEC – ACES process to Stamicarbon.BV process for urea plant. The over all revamp project is geared and coupled with the most modern and sophisticated technology encircling machinery and equipments, acquired from world’s most advance and leading companies. In order to reflect the glimpse of latest technology it is necessary to emphasize that currently the plant operation is equipped and tuned up with machinery being supplied by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries – Japan, Ebara – Japan, KSB – Germany, Borsig – Germany, Boldorocchi – Italy, Peroni – Italy. The project concluded with daily production of 810 M.Ton of Ammonia and 1420 M.Ton of Urea. |
